Privacy Policy

Padel Results ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Padel Results mobile app and the website padelresults.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Without an account: You can use Padel Results without signing in. We store a device identifier and push notification token, your app language, your notification preferences and your favourite players and tournaments so we can send the alerts you ask for.

Account information: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier, your name and, where provided, your profile photo and email address. Apple lets you hide your email address. You can change your display name, and you can choose a country for the country leaderboards.

Synced preferences: When you are signed in, your favourites and app settings are saved to your account so they are available on your other devices.

Predict game: When you play Predict, we store your picks (match winner and set score), the points you earn, your leaderboard positions, and the private leagues you create or join.

Public profile: Your display name, profile photo, country and Predict points are visible to other players on leaderboards and in leagues you join.

Usage and diagnostics: We collect usage statistics such as screens visited and features used, and crash reports, to fix problems and improve the app.

Advertising: The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier where you allow it. On iPhone we ask for your permission first, and you can change this at any time in your device settings.

Website: The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a few preferences in your browser, for example that you closed a banner. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Support messages: If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted providers to run Padel Results: Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting and cloud functions), Google AdMob (advertising), Apple and Google (sign-in and push notification delivery), Expo (push notification delivery), Vercel (website hosting), Typesense (search) and Resend (support email). They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. This permanently deletes your profile, predictions, leaderboard points and the leagues you own. Favourites stored on your device are kept until you remove them or uninstall the app.

If you do not have an account, you can turn off notifications in the app or in your device settings, and email us to delete the information linked to your device.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you win a prize, we keep the details needed to deliver it and meet legal requirements.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Padel Results is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Predict prizes are only available to players aged 18 or over.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the app and on padelresults.app and update the date at the top.
