Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Padel Results mobile app and the website padelresults.app (together, "Padel Results").

By downloading, installing or using Padel Results, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Padel Results.

Padel Results provides live scores, rankings, match results and tournament information for professional padel. It also offers push notifications, optional accounts, the Predict game and advertisements.

You can sign in with Apple or Google to sync your favourites and play Predict. You are responsible for activity on your account. Your display name must not impersonate anyone or be offensive, and we may change or remove names that break these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app.

You agree to use Padel Results only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Padel Results
• Use Padel Results to transmit harmful or malicious content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems to access Padel Results or to copy its data
• Create more than one account, or manipulate the Predict game in any other way

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date match scores, rankings and tournament information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information. Scores and results are provided for informational purposes only.

Predict is a free game of skill. You pick the winner and set score of eligible matches before they start, and picks lock when a match begins. A correct winner earns 3 points and an exact set score earns 2 bonus points. Points are based on official results as shown in Padel Results. If a match is not completed, for example because of a walkover or retirement, we may void picks for it. We may correct points if a result is corrected.

Organiser: The prize is offered by Padel Results. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, this promotion in any way.

No purchase necessary: Entry is free. Buying anything does not improve your chances of winning.

How to enter: Sign in to Padel Results and make picks in the Predict game.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and have a Padel Results account. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. One account per person; players with more than one account are disqualified.

Promotion period: From 17 October 2026 until the final match of the 2026 Premier Padel Finals is completed (currently scheduled for 13 December 2026).

Winner: The player ranked first on the in-app 2026 Season leaderboard once the final results of the promotion period have been scored. If players are tied on points, the tied player with more exact set-score picks wins. If they are still tied, the winner is drawn at random from the tied players.

Prize: One padel racket chosen by Padel Results. There is one prize. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. We cover delivery. If we cannot deliver to the winner's country, we may offer an alternative prize of similar value.

Claiming the prize: We will contact the winner by email at the address linked to their account within 7 days after the promotion period ends. The winner must reply within 14 days with delivery details. If they do not, or are not eligible, the prize passes to the next eligible player on the leaderboard.

Publicity: We may announce the winner's display name and country in the app, on padelresults.app and on our social media.

Changes: If the game is affected by technical problems, fraud or anything else outside our control, we may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion. Any change will be announced in the app.

The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept the display of advertisements.

You may opt in to receive push notifications about matches, tournaments and other updates. You can manage notification preferences in the app Settings or through your device settings.

All content in Padel Results, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Padel Results or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Player names, tournament names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Padel Results is independent and is not affiliated with Premier Padel or the FIP.

Padel Results is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Results shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to Padel Results, or to your account, at any time if you break these Terms. We may also change or discontinue features, including the Predict game.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator is based.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms in the app and on padelresults.app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
